Role of research and industry to attract future workforce

Physics community faces a critical challenge to attract future STEM talent. Should we rely solely on ministries of education and outreach programs, or do we have a role to play? How to effectively inspire the next generation? International Decade of Sciences for Sustainable Development (IDSSD) calls for coordinated efforts to tackle this.
